Ingredients for serving

  • 56 g Water 0.25 x 1 cup (224g)
  • 3.5 g Honey
  • 5 g Pitted Prune 0.5 x Piece (10g)
  • 3.5 g Seeds, flaxseed 0.5 x tbsp, ground (7g)
  • 7 g Raisins, seedless
  • 7 g Wheat germ, crude
  • 14 g Oat Bran
  • 15 g Wheat bran 1 x tbsp (15g)

Instructions

  • Take a pot and add raisins, prune, water and boil the mixture.
  • Continue to boil the mixture for about 3 minutes.
  • Add oat bran, honey, flax seed, wheat germ and wheat bran and stir. Add to the fruit mixture.
  • Serve hot
