Instructions

After bringing water to boil, add salt and polenta and stir well.

Now reduce the heat and simmer for at least 35 minutes.

Depending upon your need, you may consider cooking polenta for a little longer. But make sure you stir in water as and when needed.

Now transfer polenta into separate bowls and top each of the bowls with cream, honey, dried fruits and almonds.
