Breakfast Polenta

Ingredients for serving

  • 0.1 g Salt, table 0.25 x dash (0.4g)
  • 224 g Water 1 x 1 cup (224g)
  • 4.3 g Creamy dressing, made with sour .. 0.25 x tbsp (17g)
  • 1.3 g Honey 0.06 x tbsp (21g)
  • 127.5 g Polenta, Coarse 1.25 x 1/5 package (102g)
  • 36.6 g Fruit, mixed, (prune and apricot.. 0.13 x package (11 oz) (293g)
  • 3.5 g Sliced Almonds Toasted 0.5 x 1 tbsp (7g)

Instructions

  • After bringing water to boil, add salt and polenta and stir well.
  • Now reduce the heat and simmer for at least 35 minutes.
  • Depending upon your need, you may consider cooking polenta for a little longer. But make sure you stir in water as and when needed.
  • Now transfer polenta into separate bowls and top each of the bowls with cream, honey, dried fruits and almonds.
  • Serve immediately.
