Instructions

In a bowl, whisk the eggs until a bit fluffy.

Add in the coconut flour, sifted.

Except for the blueberries, mix all ingredients together.

Heat some oil or butter in a pan.

Scoop some of the batter in the pan, sprinkle a few blueberries on top.

Cover the pan with a lid, and let it cook for a few mins.
