  • 62.5 g Orange, fruit, raw, juice 0.63 x 100 ml (100g)
  • 54 g Blackberries, raw 0.38 x cup (144g)
  • 42 g MORI-NU, Tofu, silken, soft 0.5 x slice (84g)
  • 41.3 g Mangos, raw 0.25 x cup, sliced (165g)

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients in a blender and blend until you get a smooth mixture.
  • Transfer the contents into 4 tall glasses and serve chilled.
