Banana Egg Pancake

Ingredients for serving

  • 101 g Bananas, raw 1 x small (6" to 6-7/8" long) (101g)
  • 66 g Egg, white, raw, fresh 2 x large (33g)
  • 44 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 1 x medium (44g)

Instructions

  • Take a banana and mash it completely and transfer it into a bowl. Add cracked eggs into it
  • Stir the above mixture until it becomes homogenized
  • Take a greased frying pan and heat it mildly.
  • Take a small amount of batter and transfer it on the pan and create a 2.5 inch-pancake out of it
  • Flip the pancake after a few seconds so that the next side turns golden brown. 3-4 pancakes can be created from this recipe.
