Instructions

In a bowl, combine eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract and almond milk.

In another bowl, combine maple syrup and almond butter.

Cut the banana into 4 thin slices, lengthwise. Again cut the slices into halves.

Spread almond butter evenly on bread slices.

Place 4 banana pieces over 2 bread slices. Place the remaining bread slices over banana, sandwiching bananas and almond butter inside.

Set the sandwich grill to 425 degrees Fahrenheit / 220 degrees Celsius.

Dip the sandwiches in egg mixture, let the excess drip off. Now coat the grill with cooking spray.

Arrange sandwiches on the grill and place the sandwich presser over the sandwiches to flatten them.

Allow the sandwiches to cook for a few minutes.

Once the sandwiches are brown on the outside, remove them from the grill and place them on a flat board. Cut them diagonally and serve hot.
