  • 0 g Spices, pepper, black 0.17 x dash (0.1g)
  • 0.8 g Molasses 0.04 x serving 1 tbsp (20g)
  • 150.7 g Pork, ground, 96% lean / 4% fat,.. 1.33 x oz (113g)
  • 0 g Spices, sage, ground 0.04 x tsp (0.7g)

Instructions

  • Into a large bowl, combine the pork, smoked paprika, bacon, molasses, salt, black pepper, brown sugar and sage.
  • Cook a small spoonful of the sausage mixture in a skillet over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side. You may adjust the seasonings according to your taste.
  • If you are satisfied with the flavor, you may consider refrigerating it for an hour to ensure all the flavors come together.
  • To cook the sausage, you need to form ΒΌ-inch thick and 2-inch wide patties and cook both the sides until they are crisp and golden brown.
