First, you can start boiling lightly salted water in a pot. Once the water starts boiling, you can add pasta and start stirring. Cook the pasta without covering the pot for about 11 minutes. Once it is cooked, transfer it into a bowl and coat it with little olive oil.
Cook onion and chopped bacon in a skillet over medium flame until the onion starts browning and bacon becomes crisp.
From the skillet drain out the bacon grease, setting aside a tablespoon for taste. Add the bacon mixture into the bowl containing pasta. Use Parmesan cheese for sprinkling the dish. Now serve the dish immediately.
