Ingredients for serving

  • 30 g Avocados, raw, California 1 x NLEA serving (30g)
  • 118 g Bananas, raw 1 x medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (118g)
  • 109 g Apples, raw, golden delicious, .. 1 x cup, sliced (109g)
  • 246 g Milk, reduced fat, fluid, 2% .. 1 x cup (246g)
  • 21 g Vanilla Protein Powder 1 x scoop (21g)

Instructions

  • Peel and chop all the fruits.
  • Add chopped fruits, milk and protein powder into the blender jar.
  • Blend for 1 minute or until smooth and creamy.
  • Pour in a glass and drink.
