Ingredients for serving

  • 15 g Cereals, QUAKER, Quick Oats, Dry 0.38 x cup (1.4 oz)
  • 5.6 g Milk powder, non fat, dry 0.08 x 1 cup (2.4 oz)
  • 5.4 g Apples, dried, sulfured, .. 0.06 x cup (3 oz)
  • 31 g Optimum Nutrition - 100% Whey .. 1 x Rounded Scoop (32g) (1.1 oz)
  • 3.5 g Brown Sugar 0.25 x tbsp (0.5 oz)
  • 25 g Stevia, natural sweetener, .. 0.25 x unit (3.5 oz)
  • 0.4 g Spices, cinnamon, ground 0.19 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 0.4 g Salt, table 0.06 x tsp (0.2 oz)
  • 0.1 g Spices, cloves, ground 0.03 x tsp (0.1 oz)
  • 28.4 g Water 1 x ounce (oz)

Instructions

  • Mix all of the ingredients except the water in a large airtight container and store, good for up to 6 months.
  • To prepare the oatmeal: Shake the container well to ensure the ingredients are well mixed. In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to a boil. Measure out and stir in 1/2 cup of the mixture, cook and stir for 1 minute over medium heat. Remove from the heat and cover, let sit for 1 minute or longer depending on desired consistency.
