Ingredients for serving

  • 172 g Fish, tuna, white, canned in .. 1 x can (172g)
  • 14 g Mayonnaise, low sodium, low .. 1 x tbsp (14g)
  • 1 g Spices, parsley, dried 1 x tbsp (1.6g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 1 x dash (0.4g)
  • 6 g Spices, pepper, black 1 x tbsp, ground (6.9g)
  • 1 g Lemon juice, raw

Instructions

  • Squeeze out the tuna from the can.
  • Drain out all the extra liquid from tuna
  • Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
  • Remove from the blender and store in air-tight container.
  • This can be store for a week.
  • Spread a generous amount of tuna spread on your whole wheat bread or wraps.
