  • 7.5 g Plain Butter 0.75 x slice (10g)
  • 0 g Salt, table 0.25 x dash (0g)
  • 0.4 g Leavening agents, baking soda 0.19 x tsp (2g)
  • 0.6 g Leavening agents, baking powder,.. 0.31 x tsp (2g)
  • 23.3 g All-Purpose Flour 0.19 x cup (124g)
  • 90 g Fat free buttermilk 0.38 x cup (240g)
  • 12.5 g Egg, whole, raw, fresh 0.25 x large (50g)

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder.
  • In another bowl, combine egg, butter and buttermilk. Add this mixture into the flour mixture and stir well until it becomes a thick batter.
  • Place a large nonstick frying pan over medium heat. Slowly add ΒΌ cup of batter on the pan and evenly spread it.
  • Scatter a few banana slices over each pancake. Cook the pancakes until its edges are sufficiently dry. Turn the pancakes over and cook on the other side for a few more minutes.
  • Serve the pancakes hot.
